This continues to intrigue me because I am quite sure Apple themselves release pictures like the ones shown in this article to add to speculation and build hype. Can you think of any other company that has leaks like this and cause as much speculation and excitement for geeks and mainstream people?

TGS 08: White Knight Chronicles media event

This looks like a fairly interesting game. I totally forgot TGS was on this week, hoping for some good announcemente for the Playstation3. I love mine, I use it for gaming (obviously), watching movies, streaming video from my file server, and I recently installed Ubuntu on it but haven’t really played it a whole lot yet. I also recently scored a beta key for Little Big Planet and I will post my initial thoughts on this title when I have played it a little more. Click on the link to read about the news conference from apple. They are masters of marketing at Apple, they give everyone just a little information and everyone has to speculate on what the announcement is. Anyway here’s the link courtesy of Engadget.

Well today I go to meet a friend and former teacher to see if he can offer me a bit more then I am currently making, which is an incentive, but more to the point would be not have to work shift work anymore as this may be hazardous to my health, and I real hate working nights. So we’ll see how this meeting goes.

Dumb Little Man is an awesome website where I have found numerous tips for managing and starting a budget, productivity, DIY, and a lot of very useful information that I think everyone would benefit from. I think this post was very good as it refers to something that everyone should and could use, a to-do list. Hope Jay White keeps up the good work.

This is a little information about me. I am currently working in a helpdesk role with a gaming corporation in Canada. I am married to a wonderful wife who sometimes drives me crazy, but I know that I drive her crazy too, so it all evens out. I don’t have any kids, much to my mothers, father, brothers, sisters, cousins, and uncles chagrin, but I do have the cutest dog in the world(IMO). I am looking to someday not have to work nightshifts any longer and that day maybe closer than anyone realizes, at least I hope so. I grew up mainly in Saskatoon, SK Canada, but I also have lived in Edmonton, AB Lloydminster, AB Rosthern, SK One Arrow Reserve, SK Prince Albert, SK Onion Lake, SK. Basically I did a lot of moving after I turned 15, I am currently 29 years old if you were wondering. I graduated high school in ’97 and went to school in Camrose, AB to study Pre-med, that lasted about two months, I took “a year off” which turned into 10 years before I returned to post-secondary schooling. I was happy that I did that because it gave me a chance to look at myself and really decide what I wanted to do with my life, which it turns out was computers. I have found that I have a knack for working on computers and am able to understand what is needed to get them and the software on them running in short order. Beyond my work life I like to watch movies, golf, play my PS3, take my dog for walks. I think that basically sums me up for now, I hope to introduce myself to the world of blogs in future posts and try to provide some of my insight to things as they happen around the world and in my own small world.

Well, this is my first blog post. I am not yet sure what this blog will be about. I think it will be a blog about my day to day life and opinions about the world at large, things that happen locally and abroad in the world. What the impact of decisions made by the so-called people in charge have on my life and how I will deal with it. Thanks for reading my blog and I hope I can gain a following with some of the posts.
